I'm getting tired of this two-pound up, down, up, down, up, down. Something's going to snap - the yo-yo string - or I'm going to!

Drink more water, exercise more and I'll get off this elevator ride!

Down two pounds. That's good. Still now feeling quite up to par since the food poisoning incident. Been walking, eating more fruits and veggies. I can tell that since I haven't been drinking as much water since I've been at school full time, but I can fix that! When I taught full-time before, I would drink a large bottle of water in two class periods. I will start that again. Should help jump start something! :)

I'm down 10 pounds! Of course, I was ill and I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

Still, I move forward. Walking at least two miles a day with Leslie Sansone DVD. I'm also going to get it for my daughter and see if she'll use it. It's so easy and such a great workout.

Down another 1/2 pound this morning.

Been seasoning EVERYTHING (ok, almost everything) with red pepper and drinking a lot of green tea.

Plus, the Walk Away the Pounds program helps, I'm sure.

One day at a time....

Down 2 1/2 pounds. Been more faithful about walking (inside) thanks to Leslie Sansone and her Walk Away the Pounds program. I'm going to get the 5 mile walk DVD next.

So, the scale goes up and down. Too much. I was up three pounds and am now back down. Will push more fluids and try to incorporate more fruits and veggies.

I can tell right now that I'm in the midst of a big "carbs" phase. I crave bread, chips, rolls, etc. It needs to stop! I think I finally took control of the situation yesterday.

Was planning on walking again today, but I sprained my ankle Saturday and it is still massively swollen, although it has shrunk from the size of a grapefruit to about the size of a plum. Hurts like crazy, too!

Got two new Pilates DVDs and am going to try one of them later this afternoon.
